Returns, Shortages and Errors
- Returns Period
Not required returns are accepted within 10 working days from the date of receipt (excluding non-returnable items). To be eligible for a return, the product must be in their original condition and packaging. Prior to returning any items you must obtain authorisation from our customer support team.
- Late Returns
Returning items after the 14-working day period may result in a restocking fee.
- Starting a Return
To start a return, contact our customer support team or raise an online returns form within the specified period. Our team will provide you with all necessary instructions for the returns process.
- Inspection upon Receipt
Once order is received, we strongly suggest you to thoroughly inspect the contents. If you discover any items missing or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours to ensure a resolution.
- Inspection of Returned Items
Once we received returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the criteria for returns as stated in this policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our guidelines.
- Refund Process
If the return items meet the required conditions, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase or a credit note will be issued against the invoice relating to the product.
